I've always wanted to make a layered macaron tower. My cute friend requested one for his birthday brunch and I jumped at the chance. 

These flavors are Lemon, Pistachio and Earl Grey.

 I love when they are all done and sitting in their boxes looking so pretty.

Lots of Gold!

I love how these turned out.  I've done gold leaf in the past however this client requested "a large amount of gold leaf".  I feel like this amount really makes an impact.  You can really see the gold shine.

This stuff is actual 23 Karat gold and is totally edible.

Magnolia Rouge Feature
